If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For the amount us residence are paying here, it is totally not worth it. Trust me go to the Modera or another buckhead property. Carolyn is one of the leasing agents and has been great, but management has been non-responsive! The trash is piled up here and I've noticed bugs entering my unit due to the trash. I am fed up and at the point of breaking my lease due to this!!!! I'm very disappointed in how management has neglected our property!

I’ve lived at the residence for over 5 years. The reviews are mixed as most communities will be when ownership and management changes. I have noticed that the property has started to take a turn for the worst since the pandemic. Lauren is good and Carolyn does a magnificent job keeping the units leased. However, the units are a bit dated now compared to other new developments in the area. Also, the trash issue has been a problem lately. It saddens me to see other tenants experience such bad service. I hope and pray that Simpson does what’s right to make sure all residents experience the same great service. To add, Simpson should reach out to all the residents writing reviews to rectify the issues. I’ve learned in my 40+ years that pictures always tell the true story. If you are looking for a place to live in Buckhead I would say look at the reviews and talk to the residents if you get a chance while touring. Reading all the reviews is quite funny it appears to be a war going on!

The quality of service over the years has extremely gone down. The parking garage is horrible, the maintenance team is understaffed. Nate, Omari and the Maintenance Manager are phenomenal but they just can't handle it all they need help and raises. Kedrick is the Assistant Manager he is very professional and a great communicator. However, their is only so much he can do in his position. Simpson is non-responsive when you reach out or try to speak with someone at a corporate level. They only care about your money and it continue to show. The Residence used to be a great place to live. Simpson just needs to do a better job taking care of it's residents especially when people are paying 3-5k monthly. The 8th floor amenities are just not enough. The trash chute and problem has been going on for quite some time now. That is creating major issues. The pictures below explain and support it ALL

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. Things are bound to go wrong at an apartment, but it’s how it’s handled that matters to me. After dealing with unresponsive management at previous properties, I’m so happy to have found this apartment. In my experience, management (Lauren, Gigi and Caroline) always responds in a very timely manner and always have a solution. Highly recommend living here!
