Everything went smoothly between hertz and my insurance!! They sent me a Lyft from the body shop there. Definitely no complaints!! Everything was ready no waiting!

Christopher was the absolute best. He took care of me without question, and a man of his professional word. He's what Hertz needs to maintain that above and beyond customer service. Tonya answered the phone when other locations wouldn't, thank you Tonya, you saved the day. This location is excellent.

I had a very good experience thus far at this location. I’ve been renting cars almost exclusively since 2015, so I i’m quite familiar with the process.. I made a reservation through a third-party service and got a very good monthly rate. I reserved it for a Saturday, but I was not able to make it back to Dallas in time to pick up my vehicle. I called and spoke to Elijah. He assured me that I could get the same rate and could just be there on Monday to pick up. He is quite professional in general, management material, and in the right position for this company. Made the process easy. I will be renting monthly through this location until further notice. ...

The employees are NOT practicing their company’s new COVID-19 safety protocols. Getting in the cars are unsafe, as they are not thoroughly cleaning the insides of them. The insurance company booked my reservation with Hertz while my vehicle got repaired. That same day, around 4:20PM I called, and called, and called again (until 4:55pm) there was no answer. I called the next morning (as soon as they opened) had to be put on hold for 10minutes, with questions about their extra-precautionary cleaning amid the Corona Virus outbreak. The associate assured me that they were following their company protocols in cleaning their vehicles. Once I was assigned the car, I did my walk around (took videos, but any scratches or dents would be hard to see because of how dark it is there). I checked inside, and everything seemed fine. (again, it’s very dark there) When I drove the car home I noticed a chip in the windshield (which I called in 3 times that same day to report, but I got no answer), and an empty FANTA bottle beneath the passenger seat. I also wiped the interior down with anti-bacterial wipes, which made me question what exactly is “Hertz Gold Standard Clean”, because of the trash left behind and how much DIRT came off of a simple wipe down and vacuum. I called the next day to share my experience with the car, and the associate rushed me off of the phone. Matter of fact, they let me know the associate who helped me was fired! (So they knew something wasn’t right) This is my last day with the rental, and when I called to schedule my drop off... NO ONE ANSWERED. (I called a total of 5 times -all different times-) As you can tell, I am not pleased with my experience. I believe this company put me and my family at risk of contracting COVID-19 because of their negligence. If you’re wondering why I call before I come, it’s because I want to practice social distancing as best as I can. One way is to call ahead, see how busy the establishment is, and schedule a times to come in when they are typically “not as busy”.
