Do NOT go here! They do NOT do jack for you and then charge you thousands of dollars. I w been 3 times and same result each time! Don't waste your time or money,! like I have! I would give negative stars if I could!

I was very pleased with my visit. I was turned down by the urgent care and they said they would not be able to help me with my Asthma. Here at the UC health emergency room said come right over and never hesitated on helping me. Front office, nurse, xray tech and doctor, were all super nice and understanding of my situation and everything went so smooth.

Fantastic staff and nurses. The front desk staff is approachable and listens. The clinic is safe and not high stimuli. I highly recommend this UC health clinic. It should be a case study for another free-standing emergency rooms.

I called before got on my way to be sure they do some virus test and they said yes, after seen the doctor said they don't have a test for that virus, not doctor's fault, waist of time, at front should be informed
