Fast check in. They walk you to your car, you do your inspection and then you’re good to go. Good customer service as well. I also had to change my reservation name because it was under my maiden name, the lady at the counter made it an easy fix. Thank God, because my family was desperately in need of a way back home from being stuck in Dallas for 4 days.

I don't often write reviews but this deserves one. We came in close to midnight, and Toya knew exactly who we were, welcomed us to Dallas and let us know she'd seen our flight was delayed and was ready to help us out! She was incredibly personable, took such great care of us and we could not have asked for an easier check-in process. What a way to be welcomed to Dallas!!

Best place to get a ride. Don't forget to make an online reservation before you arrive. Everything will go smoothly. One more thing that I should mention is "the car". If you book the car with sedan then you will get a free upgrade to SUV. This place is really awesome to get a good rental car in the town.

Yes I agree do not rent from hertz , this located is very unprofessional. Where do I start ? I make a reservation and pay online before I arrived, once I arrived here is terrible I accidentally put my husband name in reservation with my card. I ask her what can I do all she told me is you have to cancel it and we’re closing soon. They give me customer service number and they were close mine me it midnight. I ask they is they anything that you can do and is customer service open. The guy responded was I don’t know and kept me on the phone. Terrible experience I’m going back to enterprise they treats more than hertz would.

Yes! I'm actually handicapped myself and have trouble getting around. The driver was extremely helpful with my luggage and I was treated very well. It's a rather large bus with wide opening doors to accommodate wheelchairs if needed. One suggestion, go over the vehicle return times and your return flight. That was the only issue I had and ended up spending the night in Love-Field airport when I couldn't get ahold of ANYBODY for multiple days. I did a review that explains it better. Good travels!!!
They accept credit cards, used to accept debit cards as far as I know but there is a hold on your funds in the checking account so you should be careful using one.
