They somehow managed to charge our credit card almost $200 for a rental that was paid for by the dealership. Spoke with the manager, and they could not explain where most of the charges came from. I was told I would receive a refund. It's been weeks, and still nothing! Now, I will just have to dispute it with my credit card company and file a complaint with corporate.
