We had a great stay and fantastic customer service from James! He was professional, friendly and super helpful; top-notch concierge! We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot, and parking was well lit. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

My stay here was amazing! Me and my friends came here after prom and didn’t have any problems whatsoever. We enjoyed the indoor pool very much. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast served in the morning is pretty good with its large variety of options. The rooms were very clean and the guy at the front desk during our stay, James, is literally the best and nicest guy!

The pictures make this place out to be amazing! We arrived and noticed that those pics got us! The bathrooms can fit one person and even then it's rough. This hotel is not what it's cracked up to be and the price is NOT worth it.

I was greeted at front desk w/ my room ready to go. Place is well kept, clean. Great location being downtown, parking is a huge plus, Travis goes above, beyond to make sure customers stays are enjoyable. He pays attention to detail, guests. The front desk staff were very personable, great interaction w/ guests. Patrick is doing a great job w/ the property while ensuring customer satisfaction being his #1 priority. I will definitely stay again while recommending to others.
