The front desk lady Reyna was amazinggg! She was so nice and helpful and my three kids and myself feel welcomed! The hotel could be updated a little but it was clean and comfortable!

Don't even know where to begin. First they put us into a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Beds were unmade towels were dirty it had obviously been skipped. Then we got put into another room that had dirty bedsheets that were just remade they had hair all over them and stains on the pillowcases. The countertops were not cleaned. The breakfast area was filthy. The pool was freezing. The customers next to us had also been skipped cleaning and their dirty towels were rehung instead of being cleaned. The manager literally was never at the front desk. I never once seen a worker until I rang the bell at the front.even then I had to ring the bell multiple times over a long period of time to get anyone's help. Never stay here. It is awful.

Very decent hotel. Could use some upgrades considering it looks dated however it's still a great spot to get the job done. Friendly staff and the rooms themselves are a pretty good size for what you pay IMO.

The kind service and attention to detail are immaculately wonderful! I truly appreciate all the staff that management has put in place. All of them have treated me and my guests fairly. As a diamond choice member for many years, I am very aware of the hotels visited. This one has been tops on numerous occasions!!! Big thank you!!!
