Positive: Love how close it is to cook childrens and the ease it is to get there. Love the shopping center across the street too! Negative: The excessive running up and down of the halls with kids late at night (more of a parenting problem than hotel). Our room didn¿t lock and didn¿t like the fact that I couldn¿t lock it while inside it.

I had a three night stay May 2022 and as an elite member, could not have been happier. The room itself was basic, but clean with good water pressure and hot water throughout the stay. There was ample parking, and on checking in I was met with a smile, amazing customer service and recognition of my status (Titanium). The breakfast was also simple, but enough to get a person through the day, and the location is great. You're a couple minutes from the Trinity Trail if you want to skip the gym (which is basic but functional), and you can get a few steps in or just walk to one of many restaurants along the trail to grab a bite. I've stayed before but never reviewed, so this is a favorite repeat stay of mine.

I recently stayed here over night after a night out on the town. Lisa was the absolute best! From check in to check out and everything in between she was very professional, courteous, and, according. The entire facility is nice and clean and they also offer a great little breakfast. I will definitely be returning soon on the strength or the great customer service from Lisa. I highly recommend this location.

So far the stay has been nice. I can't tell if they're understaffed on housekeeping or just super busy. Our rooms weren't clean after check in. The beds were made, but there were stains in the toilet, and the bathroom had no trash can, half the towels were missing. They were very nice and offered to change our room. We were already unpacked before we saw the bathroom. Housekeeping promptly came and cleaned it. Several things were just seeming like they are not accustomed to having a full hotel. Very nice staff, breakfast was good, all other areas very clean. A great family hotel.
