I am begging to HATE ihg as a whole, I feel like their money hungry. We are Diamond elite members, we don’t book with anyone except ihg and we travel often, so the amount of money we have spent throughout this franchise is ungodly , however we will pay for GOOD QUALITY and lately it has been terrible and getting worse. We have been traveling more than usual the past 2 months due to relocation for my husbands new job, and through out the move have stayed at several ihg locations some were great some were awful. The stay at this location wasn’t horrible, the service was okay. Nothing special but it wasn’t bad so I’ll take it. However upon check in they took my card where they placed a 50$ hold as deposit when we checked out the next day they checked the room said great we will release the deposit and as it stands today holiday inn still has a hold on my money and no one can get their story straight

Rooms were large and spacious. But the indoor pool (which is a big attraction for families ) was extremely dirty. So dirty that it was unusable. Also I think you need more than one staff guy running the whole hotel.

It was not worth the price. Went there for the pool. The water was so cold we could not swim. I thought oh well I will take a hot bath, nope water was luke warm at best the whole weekend we were there. We would have switched hotels but we had our two grandkids with us so that was just to much. Will not go back there again. P.S we were not the only guests to be upset about the water. I would have complained but the lady in front of me did and the lady just blew her off.

Positive: Everything was good. No issues-/room clean, bed comfy, staff very pleasant, complimentary hot breakfast generous, location easy access- would repeat the experience :) Negative: No- all good!
