I love the hotel staff, however, the lady in the kitchen needs to ditch the attitude. Gravy that is thin as water doesn't cut it. The quality of food was very poor, and she didn't know how to cook. The oatmeal was watery as well. The variety was extremely limited. Cooking oatmeal for extreme long periods of time will not thicken it -- travelers are in a hurry. Packages of oatmeal would have made a better choice. Surely, there are instructions on how to prepare these ready foods. Someone needs to help her. Thank you.

My experience overall was good. Not a bad place to stay in a pinch. Reminds me of an old D.a.y.s in.n location. Room was cramped and outdated. Still having to ask for the correct number of towels and bedding for pull out is getting old wish everything was kept in the room. The saving grace for us was the breakfast. So glad IHOP was less than 100' away

Had a great time with friends... hung out for a little bit in the lobby during the late night/morning hours. The staff at the Concierge Desk (ERICKA) was very BEST! I specifically booked a KING size room but somehow the system switched mine to 2 QUEEN BEDS. Not only did she provide us with a KING bed but the other couple that was with us were all on the same floor. When we came to get breakfast. I spoke briefly to Beatrice!! She and I had a friendly conversation even though I didn't speak Spanish very well. It was great to have a friendly face in the morning.

Starting off our room was very dirty, trash on the floor & stained linens. The lock latch was broken in half. Tiles on the floor were loose and broken, very unsafe for children. Speaking of unsafe for children our 4 year old son found a mystery pill on the floor of our room and decided to eat it, we spent the remainder of our stay in the ER. (We later found out it was an antidepressant.) When we checked out we notified the staff about what happened & they didn't seem to care. We asked for a manager and there was not one on hand, we did leave our information to be contacted. I do not recommend staying here, while the location is nice, having my family safe is nicer. We will be contacting the cooperate offices and informing them on this.
