To be fair, it’s about as awful as other pharmacies I’ve used. Don’t bother trying to get to a minute clinic representative/anyone on the phone. There’s a message that says, sorry you’re having difficulty a couple times then hangs up. If you schedule an appointment, take down the confirmation number because maybe that appointment wasn’t made and you’ll need it to cancel. ProHealth urgent care in Glastonbury isn’t great but they at least answer the phone and have more availability. Be ready to ask whatever questions you have- drug interactions, allergies, different options, etc. in my experience, they won’t. 2nd star is for the main store being adequate. Hope this helps!

This cvs is not bad. But the one down the street in East Hartford across from shop rt& D&D is the worst. Probably gonna be closing down soon that's how bad that store is. Take the 1min drive &save urself a headache ✌️

For a rapid COVID test, they tell you not to sign in because someone will come get you. Then they have you wait in an area where they can’t see you and never come to get you. I left after 45 minutes of just sitting there.
