This is the 3rd verizon store to add a line to an existing account. There is huge opportunity to improve in handling the customers by giving proper wait times and abiding to the wait times provided. May be this could be an opportunity for Verizon across the stores

I don't think there's actually an entrance in the front. Go through the back and thats where the parking is as S Bruno pointed out

How do I contact the store?? Whenever I try and call it directs me to a representative and not the Glastonbury store. I need to speak with someone who works here.
