My MRI bill was sent to an incorrect address due to a typo by whoever entered my billing information at the office. I never received it and nobody tried to reach me in other ways before sending to my bills to a collection agency! Billing is outsourced to another group and nobody there will address this error or return my calls. (They actually claim they can't make outgoing calls!) Jefferson Radiology also will not help me. Likely I will need to hire a lawyer to restore my credit rating. Choose another imaging provider!!

Up until yesterday, I haven't had much of a problem with this office for a mammogram. This time the technician was physically brutal toward this 75 year old woman who has fibromyalgia, scoliosis, and a back injury, because she was trying to be quick. She had no empathy for my thin skin and left me with a line bruise and BLOOD SPOTS within those lines! My entire chest was red like a sunburn with deeper red crease lines. I will never return there again!

This place is a joke I went to get a cat scan yesterday was their for 2 hour finally got the cat scan and now I can’t even get my results! This place is truly a job stay far away from it
