Was in and out for my gestational diabetes test without an appointment! The phlebotomist played calming music and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely come back to this location.

This was the worst experience. I went in for a panel and phlebotomist had NO idea what he was doing. First he was cleaning blood off the door. He was wearing an American Flag bandana and European accent. I was in the room for 20 minutes while he tried to look up codes and was completely confused with what codes he needed to enter. He had to go ask someone else what to put it. My doctors office was on the phone with me and he still couldn’t figure it out. Then he pulled down his mask to talk into my phone! I asked him to put his mask back on and he said “how am I supposed to talk?”. He had trouble seeing my the numbers on my insurance card, and typing. Was this the man I was going to let stick a needle in me?! Hell no! After a while, I gave up, and Walked right out of there. Never go to this location.

Due to Covid, I didn’t look forward to this morning’s very early visit. Couldn’t get an appointment so was a walk in. I signed in and was very happy to read that I could go to my car and wait there until I was called. I didn’t even make it to the car. Someone opened the clinic door and called out my name. I was happy to see that it was the male phlebotomist who had drawn my blood a year ago. He is so kind , well organized and a great phlebotomist - a real professional. The location was very clean and there was antibacterial soap available . Very good experience.
