Was double charged for my room and they used my card for another person’s reservation after they argued me down saying they didn’t charge me. The manager Milton was extremely rude and the girl Ivy who attempted to check me was not friendly at all. When I called the next day about my problem I spoke with Kristy she investigated and found out why I was double charged, which is what the manager should have done the day before. Kristy was very helpful and very apologetic for all that I went through and how they charged me almost $600 for a 2 night stay. I will never book with Hilton Garden INN again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Worst hotel experience ever. We were in town for the weekend for my son’s basketball tournament and this caused us to have to not be able to stay in the same hotel as the rest of the team.

Great hotel not too far from the airport. Good facilities and friendly staff. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. There is a small fitness room and a decent pool

No shuttle. Unfortunately the hotel is not that close to DFW. But conveniently close to Alliance Airport.
