The worse experience my family has ever had at a Holiday Inn property. If you or anyone in you party has mobility issues or has a disability requiring a handicap assessable room- DO NOT STAY HERE! The beds are well over 30inches from the floor to the top of the mattress making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get into bed even though this was supposed to be a handicap assessable room. We were told by the front desk all the beds were this high in the entire hotel. The bathroom didn't have a shower seat and overall not conducive for a person needing a handicap assessable room. Most of the staff is extremely friendly (the lady working in the breakfast area was amazing-I'm sorry I didn't get her name). The front staff, however, was awful. He was not helpful, friendly, accommodating or seemed interested in his job. He mad no effort to help my parents when they were unable to get into their bed (in a room that was supposed to be handicap assessable). I've reached out to the manager but after explaining the situation to her, I have had no further contact. Our request for reasonable accommodations, specifically in regards to the bed height, were not met and totally ignored. We were literally told we could find another hotel but we would still be charged. Do better Holiday Inn. UPDATE: The General Manager, Jennifer Camp, reached out to me and she is working with IHG to make the beds assessable. She was truly kind and I appreciate all her efforts.

Positive: The bed was comfy it was clean Negative: The staff were rude. They were asking weird questions, and looking at us in a hateful way. I've never had a hotel ask me what the purpose of my travel is. It's none of their business, buy it was also how they said it. I am disappointed
