All I can say is, Maria. I'm a foody and i went to the hotel restaurant and bar for everything. Maria was very sweet and accommodating. The bar staff was friendly and made a great pizza. Cant go wrong with that. The hotel is clean and front end staff friendly and accommodating as well! It's nice to see people smile again. Thank you.

Firstly, I would like to thank Patrick and Alex for all their help! They were both willing & eager to satisfy me as a guest & ensured I was taken care of. The hotel itself was very nice! Rooms were comfortable & I had a great view on the 12th floor! BUT... I only stayed one night & left early to work & happened to forget my purse in the room & money was taken from it & also a credit card!! The fact someone went threw my personal belongings makes me u comfortable! I'm hoping whom ever it was is held accountable!

We stayed at the Sheraton the day of our wedding, which was at the Water Gardens next door. We were greeted by friendly staff, and was given extra drink coupons for the bar to celebrate our wedding. The room was clean and ready for our early check in. Thank you for the amazing customer service

The lobby area for the south tower elevator is not very inviting. The rooms feel like they were partially remodeled about 4+ years ago but everything is super dark and heavy feeling. My A/c filters were completely caked with dust I had to wash them to get the room to cool down and to get the "closed up" room smell out of the air. the overall overhead lighting in the rooms entry area needs to be updated and actually usable.
