My car has been broken into 3 times and I just bought it in March. With 0 cameras and 0 respect for their tenants property I'm not surprised nothing has been done. They raised the rent without stating that they would before I resigned the lease. Before I knew my apartment building had its own address I had a phone mailed to the office. They REFUSED to check their mail box and told me it wasn't there. A month!!! Later they confessed it was there and they were sorry. At that point I had already filed a claim and ordered a new one. It's easy to put on a fake smile and say welcome. But I'm starting to realize this is just the norm for apartments in Colorado. They charge you to park in the parking lot. I haven't received one email back about dogs attacking people. Paying $2,000 for a 2 bedroom is a bit defeating when you realize how unorganized and unthoughtful the property management is. I will update this review if any progress is made. Update : My car and my boyfriend's car have been broken into again. Also** they don't have a tow truck company so if people park in your paid spot then I guess that's their spot for the night. The crossing at Bear Creek is able to pay for cameras to be put up. But would rather paint the building and leave the pool greenish yellow looking. Priorities.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If I could give this less than a 1 rating, I sure would! I've actually reviewed some of the previous statements from 2-3 YEARS AGO, and it seems that nothing has changed in regards to the parking situation. ( See reviews below). I would NOT rent from a place that forces its tenants to pay anywhere from $8 ( for a parking space per month), but doesn't provide adequate parking for all of its tenants! I've come home anytime from 7 pm- 4 am in the morning, searched the parking lot several times, only to find that there was no available spot. My options were then limited to parking across the street in the spot that says "no parking ". I ended up getting a 49 dollar ticket for doing so. When I came to the office, they were just apologetic. I've also had to park at the King soopers that is 7 minutes down the road, and sleep in my car for a few hours, in hopes that when I return, there is a parking spot. How safe is that? They do have covered garages, but that is a bigger fee and not everyone should even have to afford that. The least they could do is comp us back for the parking fee which we pay each month, the tickets we are more sure to ensure, and stop charging their tenants for fees that they aren't actually fully using. As I write this message, I am sitting in the " no parking" zone, hoping that an available spot opens up because I cannot afford another ticket. It is now 11:15 pm, but I arrived home almost a whole hour ago. Talk about emotional stress! - I'll have to park my car in this spot and walk to my car with trepidation in the morning, in hopes that there isn't a ticket slapped on to it. This is complete madness and if I must knock on EVERY TENANTS DOOR and ask them for a statement/ review online, should they TOO have encountered this, then that is what I fear I must do.

Great apartment complex! Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff, quick handling of maintenance requests, and the grounds were always kept nice. You can’t beat the beautiful bear creek right in your backyard. Downsides are no recycling, paying a monthly ‘common area maintenance fee’ and rising costs of the apartments. Otherwise a great, quiet community to live in!

I love living here. It stay pretty quiet especially in the evenings. The maintenance staff is always courteous and quick. The office managers are always very nice and know everyone by name. The view of Bear Creek is amazing and a great place to walk especially if you have a dog. The grounds are always kept neat and clean. The interior of the apartments are open with lots of natural lighting and the bathrooms have very large garden bath tubs for an apartment. Our kitchen was also remodeled before we moved in and it is one of our favorite parts of our home. The rent is high overall but not when you consider the location, amenities and square footage. Other places nearby were around same price but much smaller with older kitchen appliances and not as open of a layout.
