After a million tours we were so excited be welcome by Jessie who even though was busy gave us so much information on the spot. He worked so well with us and everything we had to be able to get an apartment secured. We are so excited to move in this upcoming month!

I moved in my apartment here almost 6 months ago and so far everyone who works here has been very friendly from the ladies in the office to all of the maintenance crew they are super nice very friendly and do a great job. I've never lived in an apartment before I always had my own home or rented a home so I wasn't sure what to expect I've heard horror stories from my friends over the years but I have had a positive experience at Lakewood Apartments. When I report a maintenance problem they are very prompt at fixing things, in return as a renter we should make an effort to treat our living space as if it's our own. They make the effort to keep these places nice and we should all do the same. I am thankful that I found such a nice place to live my unit is very spacious and comfortable.

Ashford Belmar is a welcoming place with large units, friendly staff, and the best amenities. All while being very affordable considering the rising rates all over Colorado. Kaila made the viewing and application process very easy and hassle free, especially considering I was coming from out of state. Overall great experience, great place, and easy process, I plan on staying here for long time.

We walked in about a month ago wanting to take a look and set up a tour for the following day, Kaila was so wonderful and said she had time to give us a full tour then and there and we were sold! The price for a three bedroom and the amenities just can’t be beat! We officially move in next week and Kaila has been amazing assisting with every step of the process and making sure everything is ready to go for move in day! Very excited to call Ashford home soon.
