Honestly would not recommend moving in here have had nothing but problems with our place have tried multiple times to get our issues fixed and they still haven’t been. Upon move in our apartment was absolutely disgusting and they didn’t offer to do anything to fix it just told me I could turn in my keys and not move in (also made it very clear none of our money would be returned even though none of our possessions had been moved in at that point and all I did was unlock the door and walk in) the sprinkler head outside our patio (we’re on the second floor) is broken and when it goes off it soaks everything I have outside. Please don’t base your judgement off of pictures they are extremely misleading.

The customer service so bad, the upstairs neighbors are not friendly. That I complain about the noisy the upstairs resident made almost everyday. But the leasing office never give me feedback to let me know why every time they still make noise after my complain. Old apartment, you can hear upstairs walking around clearly. By the way, I lost lots of delivery packages. I am afraid always the neighbors took them away.

I have been living here for about a year now and haven't had any issues! The property is very lush and there is effort put into keeping the property nice. The 1 bedroom unit I'm in is spacious and if there are any issues with appliances/carpet/etc. the staff is very quick to respond and assist. There are a lot of property companies in Denver that treat renters poorly so one of the best things about living here (if you value your property company valuing you) is the staff not only being on site, but the fact they are so helpful, empathetic and easy to get a hold of. Katie and Ettie are major players in making St. Moritz one of the best places in the Denver area. I was very picky when it came to choosing a place to live since I had negative experiences and from the beginning I have had nothing but positive experiences.

We lived in an apartment at St. Moritz for over a year and just moved out to another state. We had a wonderful time and experience at the St. Moritz. Requests for maintenances are taken care of in time and the annual carpet cleaning was great. Their management staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
