Lived here for a year.. had a backpack stolen out of my car. Neighbor had stuff stolen out of his car. Roaches infested my apartment. They said it was new carpet when I moved in, but I literally swept 3 full containers of dirt and animal hair from the floors after moving in. The laundry machines never worked. Couldn't be bothered to fix them after a month of asking so I had them just remove them. Top floor sounded like someone was banging on the pipes in the attic non-stop. The complex towed my vehicle without leaving a notice (they stole my vehicle). When I asked why, they said it's because it stayed in the same parking spot too long. Mind you this vehicle was parked in the far corner of the property with multiple open spaces around it at all times. They never once called me to notify me the vehicle being parked there was breaking any rules. Called the towing company and they confirmed they never tagged it for towing, the complex just told them to take it. Month before moving out my catalytic converter was stolen. I was already paying ridiculously high rent, looking at the prices now is sickening.

Spoke with one nice Prop assistant for a good 2 weeks about a 3 bedroom. She insisted it was a 3 bedroom which is what I was looking for. I was told to take $150 holding fee for the unit which I did so on my lunch break. I had my 18 ye old with me and when we arrived. The ladies were outside smoking by the pool. A diff lady came in who pretty much said we were a bother and she was doing us a favor. She stated she was the “manager”. Kept talking over me and down at me. She stated they have no 3 bedrooms and the one I came in to put holding fee down has been taken as of a couple days before. I was furnished with the unprofessionalism of employees and the misinformation that had been given to me for weeks. If employees can talk to future tenants like that, I can only imagine how they are when you move in. Glad I found out before I gave money and was stuck living there. The reviews seem to match what we experienced. I’m sure anyone would be upset if they were treated like this. Disappointed for sure.

This apartment complex is one of the worst places that you can live. If your planning on moving here, I highly recommend you don’t, and look the other way. Both of the managers Melissa and Crystal are horrible people. They don’t know how to speak to anyone and should not be allowed to be managers, and let alone manage an apartment complex. They lie. They are money hungry. This place is a scam. None of your maintenance will be met and you will be overcharged for fee’s that you don’t owe. The washers and dryers here do not work, and they claim they are behind or don’t have people to fix them, but yet they are still unrightfully charging for them. They also claim that they don’t have enough people to do maintenance but for the amount there charging you in rent they should. The common areas outside are just as dirty and unkept as the apartments. The plumping does not work here, the sinks and bathtubs are always clogged. The heat and AC does not work as well. Live here at your own risk but if you have issues don’t expect for them to be attained to, also don’t expect to be able to communicate with the managers about anything as they cannot communicate like adults before kicking you out. If you expect to get your moneys worth this isn’t the place for you.

Worst complex I've ever stayed with. I moved in March 2021 & had no air conditioner the entire time. I complained & made multiple maintenance requests to simply be brushed aside & ignored. Fast forward & my heater was finally fixed months into winter season & my lease close to expiring. Then am told they are going to increase rent if I renew for $200+. Had damage to one of my cars from an accident, (car still drive able), but they put a tow tag stating it's "unsightly" like regular people don't have regular problems. Here Glen will make things worse. Lastly the manager claims they had a glitch in computer system which showed I didn't pay my rent. This was the fastest response I've seen where they wanted that rent money, i assured her I pay my rent the first of each month on time & even showed her the payment confirmation. She then apologized stating it was a glitch. This place wants your money & doesn't care the sub-par conditions they refuse to address. Stay away! You've been warned.
