Car has now been stolen twice from the garage that is marketed as “secure” Hot Tub has not worked for the past 2 months. Previously it was also down for a month and a half. I’ve lived here since June. Other than that, no complaints and have enjoyed the apartment. But seems definitely over priced especially considering the amenities you’re paying for haven’t been available and it’s a hot spot of crime. Other tenants have let me know of a multitude of other car thefts and break-ins occurring at this location.

My fiancé and I love Beacon 85! We looked around at other apartments before and none of them compared. The apartments are clean and updated and the maintenance team has been quick to fix anything we’ve needed. Like any apartment complex, unavoidable things happen from time to time, but overall I have had a great experience!

Enjoy living here. Management staff pleasant and professional. Coffee in the Sky Lounge every morning. Lots of social events. Food trucks are a favorite. Pool, hot tub, and gym are GREAT - clean and well maintained. Dog bath and grooming area have come in handy. I feel safe here and have made good life-long friends with neighbors.Thank you for your 5-star rating! It is our pleasure to do all we can to make your home a happy, comfortable, and memorable one! We always enjoy seeing you stroll through the lobby with your sweet dogs.
