Dan is so good at what he does.It shows in his work. HIs customer service skills are very good, you can tell he loves people, And he is so helpful. If you ask me, I don't think George is the person for supervisor. It's Dan all the way. WE ARE SO GREATFUL TO HAVE HIM

My girlfriend was looking for a apartment & Mr.Sergio, Mr. Jacob & Ms. Alex all were wonderful they had great customer service. Dan the Maintenance man was amazing he is very professional any problems to they had he fixed right away in a quick manner & cleaned it up right after that Dan is very courteous & friendly all the stuff & managers everyone is very understanding & helpful they all went out of their way to get her & the kids get into the apartment complex. We do very much appreciate wonderful people like Sergio, Jacob and Alex that go out of their way to help they really do make a difference. And her and the kids are looking forward to moving into the apartment and living there.

People come and go here, so theres always a place open! The best thing to do is call and set up an appointment and get on the list. It didnt take very long for me to get my 2 bedroom 1 bath after i put in my application. Just ask for Gina or Alex! 2 wonderful ladies that are very helpful.
I have lived there for three years with lousy credit. But they do background checks no felonies or drug charges.

Hi there, Unfotunatley Xcel has been replacing a gas line that runs from the laundry room infront of building F. Durring this time, the laundry rooms under the leasing office and by building C are still open for your use. We applogize for any inconvienece this may cause you and have been told they will have the gas back on by tomorrow.
