I have lived there for three years with lousy credit. But they do background checks no felonies or drug charges.
My credit score was at 350 when I moved in august 21st, 2019. I got approved with a second person on my lease which was my girlfriend with 0 credit. I was able to build my credit and now I'm at a 633 credit score still living here saving up for my own house
Talk with the office staff, they pretty cool..I just recently moved in and I'm rebuilding my credit..good luck
