great staff, always their to help me if I have any maintenance problems or Questions. I have been here with my two daughters over two years I'm a single parent and have had nothing butt a great experience ,the office people are always helpful when I need it.

The maintenance people NEVER show up to do the repair, but they mark them as completed.... Once they actually fix my leaking shower, and garbage disposal then that is when I'll change this review!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. During our staff meeting, it was discussed that the underground parking in the high rise is on a reserved basis and it’s for residents only. Maintenance does have one assigned spot to utilize during the day and emergency after hour calls. We are happy to hear you are taking advantage of our parking garage amenity!
Ive lived in two buildings here and ut seems they all come with their friendly neighborhood meth dealers... Cars come and go at all hours of he night for little quick stops to the apartments buying drugs. I even stopped a man that was strangling his girlfriend in the parking lot, only for him to be right back actothe street where my kids play.. 2 weeks ago someone tried stealing my truck and 2 yrs ago my actual work truck was stolen..

They do background checks but they do work with you and there is application fee
