great place

They really love their animals there and treat them very well. I'm really impressed by all the staff and volunteers working there. They were knowledgeable, caring, and you can really tell they just want to make sure the kitties are going home with the right person and to a safe place. I originally wanted to adopt a younger kitten, but I was introduced to some a few months older, like 6 months old, and fell in love with a little orange Tabby and white with brown and black striped kitty and took both of them home together!! They are so much fun!! They definitely are better in pairs because they play and get along well together. I couldn't be happier sharing my home with little rascal boy, Thomas O'Malley and little princess girl, K'Tiana!!

I love this shelter so much. The set up with cats free roaming or being in cage less rooms is absolutely wonderful. The people who work there are friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss cats and behaviors with you. The same goes for all the volunteers I’ve interacted with. Just a really wonderful place.

I want one
Yes, kitten season has never ended! They go pretty fast so I would apply on line through our website then call before you come in to look at kittens. We normally have 1-3 new batches of kitten every week.
We have cats of all ages available. Currently we do not have any kittens for adoption, but kitten season is nearing and then we will have plenty.
I would contact Metro Denver Cat at (844) 336-2287. They deal with feral and strays and can help to trap the cat and get it into a facility for medical care.
We are a cat only shelter but yes, you may come in anytime during our business hours and spend time with the cats. They love the attention and we have many who need more socialization. You may also sign up to be a volunteer through our website. You do not have to be a volunteer just to come in and hang out with the cats.
We always accept donations of cat food. As you enter the shelter there are donations bins to your right. You may leave the donations in the bin. There are also receipts with our EIN for you for tax claims. Thank you.
Yes you can! There's a variety of volunteer needs that fit about anyone's schedule and ability. Coordinator contact info is found on the shelter website

Yes they have! You may come visit them any day we are open. Thursday through Monday from noon to 5 pm.
If she is interested in surrendering the cat to Cat Care Society, there is a 4 month out waiting list. Please have her contact me, Jet Stoner, at 303-239-1282 if she would like to be added to the list. If she is looking for something current, have her call Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue. They are cage-free, like CCS, and currently have room for cats.
A couple of weeks ago they had two white/ black kittens, one male, named Ben and Jeri!!🐈 Call them, they are open from 12 noon until 5 pm every day except Tues and Weds.
Yes - they are a "limited admissions" shelter. Call first. Just adopted a Minnie yesterday, may have room now!
Google the phone number they are open by appt only
It was likely very hit-or-miss 7 months ago at the beginning of ther pandemic. They always seem to answer their phones these days (October 2020.)
Try Rover.com. I found our cat sitter on there. she lives nearby and does drop in visits when we go out of town.
I believe they always do. I would call to confirm just to check for sure.
I believe it is just for cats. I would call to confirm for specifics.
I believe it is. Do call and confirm. It makes a difference.
Hi, yes I believe they take cats no matter what. It's a wonderful shelter and they will take good care of your cats that need to be re homed.
No,, but they will show u so many alternatives. Declawing is a form of animal abuse. Extremely cruel. Google and you"LL find many solutions
The cat care society is an adoption location for cats, so yes. As for the specific cat on the news you'll have to call or go in person to see if they are still there.
No answer on the phone all day. Hopefully tomorrow.
They have senior cats all the way to kittens. A special room For the senior kitties. No kill shelter. Definately call them on Tuesday and find out details. They treat kitties like the kings and queens they are And very clean. I've been taking my cats here for YEARS. They are sliding scale income based. So they are amazingly affordable.
Your cat is displaying territorial insecurity because of the stray invading her space and her aggression is displaced to those around her. Get an air or water blaster on the porch to discourage the stray from hanging around in your Kitty's space.
No, this is a no kill shelter. I'm so sorry your kitty is ill. You can visit your cat there, if that's the plan. Prayers are with you.
It's good place to take cattow truly appreciate all they did to comfort me when I.
They did a month ago..try online or call.
It's when you describe how the job goes!
