They have a resident certifiable Jekyll and Hyde crazy Karen that will harrass you that has been there for a few years with multiple complaints and they won't do anything about it. So glad we moved. Oh yeah,rent is ridiculous!

Reality rating. Watching the decline of Camden Lakeway property management begs the question; where is corporate oversight? Is there financial issues within the organization? It's sad, as us, the consumer is being over looked amongst this corporate triage response.

I've been here for 5 years and it's just gotten progressively worse with each year. Management has made it very clear that they're only interested in collecting rent and raising all sorts of bogus ancillary fees to further line their pockets with little to no regard for the overall security and wellbeing of their residents. Think about it. If this company values imposing a $25 penalty for a one week lapse of renters insurance over a 5 year residency they obviously take their residents for granted.

Hello! Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and water/sewer/trash/pest control. Camden Lakeway offers beautiful lake and mountain views from our one and two-bedroom apartment homes in Lakewood, Colorado. Conveniently located near US-285 and C-470, Camden Lakeway is centered in the serene Grant Ranch Neighborhood.
Not smoke free but me, a non smoker and hate even the slightest smell, don't notice it at all from anywhere. I looked and looked for non smoking and could not find it. Great place to live and would highly recommend it. It's the best thing short of having your own house. UPDATE: is smoke free now. Been here long enough to know it is best apartment living I've had.
Any experience with a Camden Lakeway resident's sudden death (or emergent) in result of crisis from the Camden Management? Responding both both in financial responsibility, options provided to the crisis that left the entire burden, exclusively to the joint lessee? This means a lot of people's shared experiences!
