Terrible management, nobody answers the phone, or gets back to you if your lucky to speak to someone. Rent gets raised without your knowledge. Building 2 has nothing but loud neighbors that blast surround systems, people have partied in the pool area and left broken beer bottles in the pool and vomit. There’s been 2 shootings and a domestic violence case since we’ve moved in with cops blocking the parking lot, and night security is a joke and never take anything seriously. Counting down the days I get to move out of these apartments. Definitely not a safe neighborhood for children!

Been here for about 3 months now, been a great experience so far. Office staff and maintenance team have been great/ responsive. Pretty quiet despite other reviews, general apartment noise as expected. Clean upon move in too! Everything was in perfect shape! Close to a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, and other general stores. Only real issue I have is the grounds, not really maintained (muddy, dog poop w/ no fines, dog parks are a dirt pit, some loose trash) Hoping Spring/Summer brings a different look, but from residents I have spoke to doesn’t sound like it. Will update my review as time goes on!

The apartments are beautiful. The pool is nice. The gym is convenient (golf and snow board simulators have been broken for awhile now.) But they are expensive and so cheaply built. You can hear EVERY SINGLE STEP of the people above you and I mean EVERY STEP. I use a noise machine plus two fans to try to sleep at night and can still hear them perfectly with every step. The office staff is nice, but I have expressed how miserable I am on the first floor multiple times with no help unless I want my rent to go up by a minimum of $300 every month. I have lived in many apartment complex with people above me and this is by far the worst when it comes to noise. Update I called the office like the response to my review suggested. Left a VM at 10am on Wed Nov 10th 2021. Someone has yet to return my call a week later, today is Wed Nov 17th 2021.
