I think they need to change their brand! This is not a 50's style diner. You place your order on a kiosk. No service anymore!! Which to me equals nothing special. The food is sub-par at best. Bring back Steak n Shake of the old days! When you were welcomed with a smile, and a server was more than happy to take your order, and bring you your food with a smile. The tables were dirty, floors not clean, they were not very attentive.

I have never been in the bathroom. But they should be as clean as the dinning area.
That is because they make everything as it's ordered. It's not like other fast food restaurants (who can be slower to be honest) who have a bunch cooked up and that's all you get. I like that I can order my burger medium-well and know it's real beef.
Yes we dined in. No table service (no service at all really, your order is taken via kiosk)
They told me they couldn't get people to work because they were being paid by the government to stay home. Have seen this in many resteraunts. Hope to see this change since it ends this month.
They have the dining room closed and don't allow anyone to sit while waiting for their food while inside. All stools are marked.
