I've been going for manicures and pedicures here for 3+ years noticed a decline in service over the last few months. Went for a pedicure today that lasted about 20 minutes including the wait time of sitting in the chair, no lotion for massaging, no basic callus work. Prices have gone up and service has gone down.

I have been going to Creative Nails and Spa for 1 year now this month. Each time I have gone I have taken pictures of the product after. I love it here, they nail the look I want every single time. Whether it be summer nails, winter nails, beach nails, holiday nails, they absolutely kill it. Not to mention it never breaks my bank. $30 for nails?? Yes please!!! I will never go anywhere else again, these people are over achievers and without a doubt the best nail shop in Pittsburgh.
