The shop is friendly and the employees will give you an honest opinion on what the best path forward is with an issue you're having with your bike. However, they do seem to default to not digging into problems until you return to get an issue fixed under their repair warranty. I had an issue I explained in detail and told them what steps I'd done, got the bike back and it immediately broke in exactly the way I had described, because they literally did what I'd done already. I brought them my bike to figure out a problem I couldn't solve (as an experienced amateur mechanic of 10+ years). They ultimately did solve it, but not until I had the disappointment of having my bike break 50ft into my first ride. Have had other friends have issues with quality of work as well. I'll probably return again with difficult issues, but will be holding their hands through the process to ensure a proper fix on the first time.

Friendly staff, great parts and bike inventory. I work downtown and they genuinely love bikes and working on them. The owner actually is in store and is knowledgeable about the bike industry. Please support your local bike shops or they will disappear.

G.H.Y always keeps me in the loop, great service, especially Jaxon! I needed info on new style U brakes for my 90's bmx restoration and he helped me pick out a great setup! Thanks for all the info jax, they kept it very professional especially during this covid moment!
