It is upsetting when you are told to different answers to co-pay. Under my plan the member services told me I pay $15 co-pay. When I got to the clinic check in I was charged $30 co-pay. Now I don't know the true cost because KP information is not in sync with one another. How many patients are being overcharged and not know it?

Dr. Leonhardt and her two assistants are GREAT. She is very patient and thorough and does not mind my many messages when I feel like something is not right with the healing process. Definitely need more providers like her.

The place is nice looking on the inside. But my first impressions aren't so good with the front desk people. Very routinely robotic treatment. Stand here, go here. Doctor Eric very nice guy including the girl who took my vitals. Jennifer who took my labs had a unfriendly personality. Was a little aggressive putting the needle in my arm. Just acted like she hates her job. I was very nice to her.

Well organized Medical Clinic with most services. They have a lab, an eye clinic with a very nice optical department. To do further testing that requires more sophisticated machines like mammograms, bone density scans, CAT scans, etc. you need to go to their larger facilities. My favorite doctor there is Dr. Abrams. She is a very kind caring and knowledgeable physician.

Schedule an appointment with an optometrist and let them know you want contacts. They can tell you if contacts are right for you and what your prescription is, and may even be able to order the contacts for you.
They are not really set up for it. Urgent Care locations are on Capitol Hill in Seattle on 15th & John St. & in Bellevue, South of Overlake Hospital, between NE 8th & NE 12th & 116th. If it is not serious, you can go to Bartell Drug Store in the Renton Highlands. You can call their consulting nurse & find a location that can accommodate you quickly. The Landing in Renton has an urgent care walk in location associated with UW Medicine & Valley General. They are located on 10th & Park Ave, but they close around 4pm & would refer you to Urgent Care at Overlake. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER... probably at the Valley Medical Center if you live in Renton.
