We fell in love with the atmosphere and community of this complex upon the first visit (friends live here) and very thankful for David’s efficiency and resourcefulness getting us signed up, he was also knowledgeable and friendly, took his time reviewing details and move-in inspection. Love that it is within walking distance of shopping, healthcare and transit - just about anything you need! Very clean, spacious and modern! Never felt more at home. Will definitely refer our friends and family ^-^

I love the Burnett Station. I love being in a secured building. It's close to everything and walking distance to some good food places and parks... The staff are always very friendly and the maintenance guys are quick and usually come right away if you have any problems... They love our dog Rydah and have snacks for pets in the building.

I found this place on my way to apartment hunt in Seattle. I decided to stop and look out of curiosity. I looked at one apartment, my current apt, and it felt like home, I've been here since. BS is small, quaint, quiet, clean, and smells great all the time. Neighbors a friendly but private and the staff a friendly and accommodating. With exception of the train the goes through daily and being able to hear your neighbors walking up stairs, I have no complaints. BS is in Downtown Renton which means walking distance to the best restaurants in Renton, the farmers market, all city-wide activities and fairs, the Renton Transit Center hub, several city parks, and the Lake is 3 miles away. It's the best place to live outside of Seattle.

Close to Transit Center for express to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, Friendly Managers and Maintenance Folk, Good size rooms, not too expensive. Parking in the building, my cat is welcome. All the problems I had with previous management have been addressed. My husband and I are happy with our choice to "hang in" through the transition. This is now a real "home."
