O .oo. It's a wonderful park all Free have your kids wearing a swimsuit.. they'll have a blast..

The splash pads are still in operation. I'm unsure of when the last day is, that's a great question for their staff or the Dept of Parks and Rec

According to their Facebook they should have opened yesterday. Although I haven't been there to confirm this.
Yes you will have to reserve a pavilion for the party. However, I do not know if they charge.
