This place has been the worst place I’ve lived at because of management. The place is really nice and of course being near Lake Washington is refreshing. Our unit was nice, lots of windows. Not much storage though. Parking is $100/car/mo. The garage usually has enough parking. Amenities are average. Grounds are pretty clean. But all of that gets overshadowed if management is not the best. Moving out has really tainted the way I feel about Bristol. They charged us $385 for repainting and for an optional paint color change in the unit. Demi from Greystar was not helpful at all. She dodged my questions about asking for photos that were attributed to damage that required painting. She sent us photos showing what they had to “repaint”. They sent us photos (attached to review) of thumb tacks we left behind on the wall and a bathroom photo with distorted lighting making it look like it was VERY discolored. Along with other photos that do not explain the excessive charges. Its very clear that Greystar does not communicate to their on-site management very well. For a period of time they did not allow folks to renew their leases when it expired. Tenants had no idea when they were going to get hit with a notice on their door regarding a new lease or month to month agreement. When I asked about a lease renewal, they told us they were not doing them at the moment. However, a lot of our neighbors were getting lease notices in phases. They should have just communicated that. They left a note on our door regarding a new lease SIX MONTHS after our lease was up. This put us in an awkward position as it was not the best time for us to be moving but the terms they gave us left us with no choice but to move. Although they gave us 60 days to decide. Anticipating a notice date would have been nice. I am a busy CPA who works 70 hour weeks and I need to be able to plan around my clients. Moving was a nightmare. They gave everyone different leasing terms. Nothing was consistent. It was just confusing. Clear and transparent communication with tenants would have been helpful and that was the least that we deserved. If you decide to live here, stay on top of things and advocate for yourself.

A++, 10/10 would recommend, totally tubular, and all the other things. We moved in at the beginning of February and our move in process was super simple and stress free. The staff was super responsive to our emails and helped answer all of our questions in a timely manner. Also, I have to say, Ashley is amazing and sooo helpful. Thanks for being amazing Ashley!!! Now that we are here and settled, I can honestly say that everything is great! We did have a small issue arise that needed a repair and I was able to get it fixed same day with no fuss! I have lived many other places where that kind of customer service just does not exist.

I worked with Ashley as I planned a move from out of state. I had word from a family member that this was a great apartment complex. Ashley's exceptional attention to details by phone made me comfortable entering a lease contract remotely without a personal visit. I arrived this week and am very happy with the design, condition, lakeside setting, and views. I recommend The Bristol for its quality environment and excellent management team.

I've stayed at Bristol Apartments for more than two years and I can say with confidence that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The property manager, Tara and her entire management team have done such a fantastic job keeping the complex clean, safe, a pleasure to live in, and making sure the residents are always top priority. As a Boeing employee, I also have many colleagues and friends who live in this building due to the 2 minute commute to work every day. I can vouch for all of them when I say this is the ideal place for many to live and applaud Tara, Morgan, and her team for a wonderful job. I would recommend Bristol Apartments and the location without hesitation and will be sure to visit next time I am in the area! - Patrick N | Boeing
