Went in with a persistent cough that’s been ongoing for a week hoping for answers. It has also included a headache, sinus issues, and eye discharge. Doctor in and out of my room within a minute and didn’t answer many of my questions. Did not get a Covid test, did not get any tests taken, and prescribed a cough syrup. Said it could be a viral infection but then told her no one I live with has gotten sick. This is bare minimum, but my PCP wasn’t available. Next time I’ll try Kent!

DO NOT GO HERE. I saw Dr Freeman today and she literally sucked. She did not care at all about my symptoms. She looked at me for less than 5 minutes! All she did was check my throat and chest! She ignored everything I said and told me I needed to take ibuprofen for a sinus infection! I had to tell her what I wanted to be prescribed. She would not prescribe me antibiotics! Even though my primary doctor always would give me that for a sinus infection! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE ! If I could rate 0 stars I would. NEVER GOING BACK !

Took my child in today due to a persistent cough. Dr didn’t even stay in the room for more then 1 min. She listened to her lungs and said she was fine. As I was telling her my concerns she typed her report and walked out the door saying her lungs were healthy. I’m following up with our pcp, my child has missed a week of school already. Can’t believe I wasted my time. I’m sure the bill will arrive promptly tho.

Unprofessional I was Tele vidoe doctor she ordered throat Swipe test when I went the landing urgent care she said your not in the system I don't see you I had show mychart app I was at the doctor vidoe she ordered wait wait just left she call me saying are there I said you kept me wait with no answer why I should wait you she started yelling on the phone the help I need thr urgent care landing could not delivery I will not ever ver visit you or recommend any of my family and friends good luck they need training all the staff

Yes you can make appointment on phone or walk in. You can even make appointment online for specific date and time. Sorry, forgot the online website, but you can call them and they will tell you what the website is.
