I have been living at 95 Burnett since 2015. Since the change of owners my experience has been excellent. The office managers are delightful and professional. Maintenance response time is excellent! If I had to voice any complaints it would be the yearly rent increase. (Although it was not increased this year due to Covid19 which I think was very considerate!) Also, they no longer clean the carpets. Other than that, I’m very happy here and plan to continue living here for the long haul and will continue to recommend to others. I’ve had 4 friends move in since I’ve been here!

I've been through my share of apartments in my lifetime and I've learned that there is one feature, above all else, that really matters when it comes to choosing where you call home: The staff. Julianne, April, and Aaron have been, by far, the most personable and helpful group that I've ever experienced. They have made my time here an absolute treat. Whenever I had a problem, whether it was a maintenance issue or a financial question, they were always quick to respond. Because of a personal matter, I've been forced to relocate and break my lease. Even in this situation, they have been very understanding and helpful. This final act showed me their true character and how lucky the residents are to have them. If there is an opportunity to return to this neighborhood, I would sign a new lease with 95 Burnett without hesitation.

I highly recommend 95 Burnett apartments! From the moment I inquired about this space, the staff was knowledgeable of the floor plans, offered the opportunity to walk through the available floors plans and they helped make my move in smooth. The best part is my apartment is updated, spacious and has all the amenities I need. Most people think moving is a burden but this place really makes moving a more enjoyable experience. If anyone is looking for a comfortable, trustworthy place to live, I without hesitation refer to this property.

We love it here! Great apartments and fabulous community, a total hidden gem. Location is fantastic, walkable to all the downtown restaurants and right next to walking trails along the river, which is awesome for biking and walking our dog! Also very close to Southport and the Landing, with about every restaurant you cam imagine. I particularly like that 95 Renton is smaller than other Renton apartment properties with about 100 apartments…the other property we had looked at in Renton had over 800 apartments which just seemed way too big! 95 Burnett feels more like a community and is much quitter than other apartments where we’ve lived, all of our neighbors have been super friendly and nice. The staff has been great and has been very responsive anytime we’ve needed anything. I’m thrilled we found this apartment home, probably the nicest apartment in Renton!
