This dump has all the things i require in a dump. A place to dump trash, a driveway, even a place to pay for the privilege of dumping stuff. Top notch imho

On our first visit I realized too late it was self-service unloading but the attendant kindly loaned me his gloves. There's a free area for dropping your ♺ recyclables ♻ open 24/7. Employees are polite & happy to answer questions (for newbies). Bring gloves, secure your load for a quick & easy visit. We're now pros at navigating the dump!

My favorite transfer station, anywhere! The cardboard recycling is outside of the dump so you don’t have to pay to use it. Dump isn’t that stinky and people working there don’t hate their life that much

Don’t recycle it, donate it to Value Village or some other thrift store. Some people (myself included) love finding old rusty cast irons and cleaning them, re-seasoning for use. They’re excellent pans and can be saved even when rusted
This is a transfer station, its just like the dump but they transfer all the garbage away on huge trucks.
I believe you can recycle your old mattress with Republic Services in Renton. 501 Monster Road. I think that Renton transfer station disposes them as garbage. Call Republic in advance to make sure they still offer that service, before you make the trip.
No
I did a couple weeks back but you need proof of residency
Yes
They say no ferrous metals, which includes lawn mowers. Not sure about ovens. Look up metal recycling places. They'll take mowers, refrigerators, etc.
It depends on if you bring it in a hydraulic trailer or a standard hand unload trailer
Yes but green planet is a better choice
They have bins to recycle cardboard but they don't pay you to recycle it
Yes you can.
You can dump green waste here for a garbage fee, or take it to another station for reduced fee. From the website: Yard waste – branches (no more than 8 feet long or 4 inches in diameter), brush, grass clippings, leaves, stumps and wood rounds (no more than 2 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet), and other yard waste (accepted at Bow Lake, Cedar Falls, Enumclaw, Factoria, Shorelineand Vashon for recycling)
Yes up to 40 pounds is $25.25
Factoria will accept a refrigerator for $30.
No. But you can recycle it at the Factoria station Tuesday-Sunday. Check the website or stop by the station for more information.

Take to the south park transfer station. Guy by side road will recycle for free!
There are people out there who will pickup your appliances for free. They turn it in for scrap metal and get a small stipend
