Dont go there unless you are ready to pay for damages you haven’t done When you will be moving out. They tricky and will act evil when they know you are about to move out. They building is very old.

I’m especially grateful with the nice and hospitable help from Kendra Santos, she replies the mail so fast with good solutions if you have problem about documents or maintenance stuffs. Recently moved into Maplewood Park Apartments, wasn’t sure how I’d like it here, the office staff and the maintenance crew are absolutely amazing! Everyone I’ve met here,so far, have been very friendly and personable. I recommend the property.

I've lived here since October 1989 and would like to commend the wonderful people who have helped make my place a home. I've a lot of change here at Maplewood through the years, all of it for the better. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and caring environment. I have recently retired and am moving over the mountains to take care of my parents so I will miss this neighborhood immensely. Thank you for over thirty years of home.
