If I could leave no stars, I would. Would not refer any friend and/or family to this complex. They do no communicate effectively, nor do they follow up on resident requests in a timely fashion. I moved out on 7/9/22 and received my move-out statement a few days later that my balance owed was only $58.89. Today on 7/14/22, I go in to pay off the balance in full only for Martha Ibarra to quote me a completely different balance that doesn’t reflect on my move-out statement. That balance was actually $70.00 more than what was stated in the move-out statement. Had I not come in to pay off the balance in full, I would not have known the actual amount owed. And also to add insult to injury, the day of my move-out another resident on my floor mentioned a bad odor to Martha that spread throughout the complex and Martha acknowledged maintenance would attend to that matter accordingly yet no follow up was done per the resident. These are just a few of the things picked up on during my stay here. Live here at your own risk.

These apartments are great! We moved in to fresh carpets, paint, and dishwasher a year ago. The staff - both office and maintenance are awesome people.

Shannon and Martha are wonderful and are a tremendous help! Any time I have had a question or request, they respond promptly and go above and beyond. I also love the location of the apartment and it is pretty affordable considering the walk ability of the area. However, the appliances and finishes in the apartment are cheap. They don’t work very well. There are certain things that I have put work orders in and maintenance has come to fix it, but because of the quality it’s broken in no time (not maintenance’s fault, just the poor quality of the items, maintenance is great and always provide helpful service) so I just gave up calling. Also, lots of urine stench in and around the elevators from the parking garage due to loitering. As well as the garbage created from loiterers does not get cleaned well or often. And also lots of vandalism (such as the walking door exit to the private garage being broken by a vandal and it being an inconvenience/safety hazard since it is also an emergency exit, which has not been fixed in weeks) But all and all, I am happy here, there is room for improvement, and some of the inconveniences I understand are just from living in a downtown area. Im happy to call metropolitan place my home
