I'm sure you can. I've made later appointments, and know that the stylist uve been seeing for years has done early appointments for her clients.
I haven't seen children in the salon but I'm sure they do. If you go to their website, their booking system is built in. You can select the service you want. Check to see if children's haircut is on the list.
