I tried so hard to like this hair cut but now I’m at the point where I cry every time I look in the mirror. Asked for long layers and got essentially a mullet.

I took my 4 year old for a haircut here who sat well through the haircut. But the hairdresser did a terrible job, from stopping half way abruptly and on asking, said she was done. When I reminded her she still had to work with the front, she casually said she forgot and snipped a few strands here and there and stopped again. No communication, not even attempting to finish what she started and claiming that’s all she can do. If there is staff who doesn’t want to do kids haircuts, they should just say that instead of being irritable and being totally unprofessional.

Came to the store when my wait time was 0, was told to wait outside for 10 minutes while they finish which is fine. My names first on the list so that's good. Random guy walks in and they immediately serve him and my wait time goes up 10 more minutes. Not coming here to waste the time of my day and hope you won't either.

Terrible. Told the shorter dark haired lady very clearly what I wanted. (I said "I would like the sides a 2 and half off the top") she scrunched her face and asked if I was serious. I stood up and walked out. This place is a joke. I didn't ask for anything complicated or at all difficult (as if that should matter) steer clear of this place. It's too bad because I have gone to great for the past few years in different locations. Also $18 simple men's haircut is not very competitive.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
