Communication is super bad, apparently they only tell you if you ask. I came in asking for an acrylic set to be removed and have a gel manicure. I was asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said yes only if there is time I will. They had me sit in the pedicure chair first. I ordered a basic pedicure under the impression they would do both services at the same time similar to other salons (apparently this is only the case if I ask and it is not something they typically do) over an hour later for a basic pedicure they started the acrylic removal. She started with a nail trimmer and tried to pop them off, I had to ask for them to be soaked first. Two associates double checked with me that I wanted them soaked and I wanted a gel manicure. I said yea both times. I had to confirm three times I wanted my nails trimmed with a gel manicure. Over an hour of painful filing and asking her to stop on some of the nails as the pink under my nail was starting to show she started to paint them. The paint is bumpy and uneven. Every nail is a different size and shape. When paying I was charged for add ons for my basic pedicure because I had gel polished that needed to removed and callus removal, no one told me these were extra. When asked how everything was by the original associate who greeted me, I told her I wasn’t happy about it, she asked my why. I explained everything and was told they can’t help me if I don’t ask and that they can’t read the customers mind. I said it didn’t matter I wouldn’t be back and she said good cause your “blacked listed” and not welcomed back. Not sure if it was telling them three times what I wanted, asking them to stop cause it was painful or being charged for services without being told of the up-charged that got me black listed. Waste of a 2 1/2 hours to have to go to another salon and have the paint fixed

Had the worst experience here. I am new to the area so was trying out a new nail salon. I get my nails done all the time so I know what my nails should look like and I was so unhappy with the service. I asked for an xl set, after she put the tips on she cut one nail asked if I liked the length I said yes. She then started cutting the other nails shorter than the first one so then she had to cut that one shorter and I ended up getting a shorter set than I wanted. Also all my nails aren’t even the same length some are longer than others. I also asked for tapered square shape. Some nails are tapered square and some are square? She couldn’t even get the shape right on all the nails. The application for the acrylic was horrible it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. On the corners or the nails she didn’t put acrylic on and I had to tell her to add acrylic because the application looked horrible. I did a French tip and some are uneven. Also while I was there another girl getting her nails done was complaining about one of her nails being crooked and the girl doing her nails said it looked fine but when the customer kept complaining the girl said she was still in school for nails. I wish I would have gotten my girls name and am wondering if she was also in school. I was charged $85 for the worst set of nails I’ve ever got. It’s been a little over a week and my nails are already lifting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I come here regularly because is close to me and I love the feeling after doing my nails. But today the service wasn’t good, the whole time the woman was really really rude and unpleasant, I said I would like a little thiner my nails and she didn’t care, she said Is not possible, is NOT the first time doing my nails come on. Now I have one side thicker than the other side and I feel really sad after this experience.

I came in a week and a half ago and my gel pedicure is already peeling. On top of that, the color I picked doesn't look like the one I initially selected, it's much more muddy/dull despite me having chose a sparkly white polish. Not to mention, my mom came with me and they cut her toes uneven (without filing them) so she has a nail snagging when she's in the bed... I've noticed the service here is bad when they don't think you're spending enough... every time I've come here and spent less than 200 between both guests our service is off. But when we come and get the highest priced service on the menu everything is top notch. The quality of my service shouldn't depend on my budget that day. I come to you ladies and gents expecting consistent quality from all the employees in your shop (while understanding some are more experienced than others) but if i wanted at home longevity/quality I'd invest in the products myself and do them myself. And that may actually be worth the consideration at this point. I'm a licensed cosmetologist anyway who got taught the basics of these techniques and just wanting to treat myself
