I just love Kim and Lily. They both do a wonderful mani/pedi. Kim also handles any of my waxing needs. They actually have conversations with you, if you are social.

Work was sloppy and and just terrible. Zero attention to my cuticles, bubbles in several nails, gel polish spilling out onto my skin and under my nails. $83 for this mess.

First time here and had a very good experience. Friendly tech (Kim) who knows what she's doing considering I have damaged nails! Great massage and overall service for reasonable prices!!💅

I came here because my regular place was opening late. From the moment I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed (no proper greeting). The lady who did my nails was very rude and I eventually just opted out of getting my nails finished and getting any other service. I paid for a full price for a fill in (they did polish removal, shape, and fill in with no paint). I shouldn’t have paid but I did because it was the right thing to do. The shape was decent but could’ve been a lot better. I like coffin shape and some were more narrow and the others were thicker. When the lady handed me back my card I told her thank you, she set the receipt on the counter and just walked off. Overall, they just really lack customer service. I won’t be back. I’m currently at my regular spot & I’ll make sure to let everyone know there’s nothing fancy about Fancy Nails in Renton they are rude and unprofessional! There was nothing positive to say about my experience at this location.
