Highly recommend!!!! My fiancé and I have moved in about a month ago and it is a night and day difference from our last apartment. It’s almost feels too good to be true! Our place feels like a home not an apartment. It’s so quiet! The floor plan also makes it feel so much more spacious and I love that we have an actual laundry room not just a closet. Parking can be a bit hard near the buildings but pretty much always parking on the street, location is great (grocery store just minutes away.) Maintenance is great as well. We have had to call maintenance a few times for a few minor things and they were always so quick , kind and helpful. I also want to mention Kevin and literally everyone in the office is so sweet! They go above and beyond to help anyway that they can. They are also always very responsive which I greatly appreciate. I love that they try to stay involved and interact with the residents too. I’m so happy we decided to move here. It feels safe, we love our place and the neighbors all seem friendly too! I have zero complaints! Update: We have lived here for a little over a year now and I still love it here so much! Zero complaints. If your thinking about moving here definitely check it out.

Customs with You

I originally moved into a Luxury 2 bedroom two bathroom unit that was all open so you could really see how spacious it was. I loved it here so much that when it came time for the lease to be up and our roommate to move out I asked the leasing office to help us find a one bedroom we could afford. We were shown a one bedroom, one bath with standard unit with some upgrade and vaulted ceilings that just fell within our price range. We love the unit it is honestly so spacious for the two of us and everyone who visits say they like it even more than the Luxury unit we got. We have trash valet, everything works properly in our unit and we love our new neighbors. We mostly work with Kevin at the front office and he is so warm and easy to talk to! I have stayed at many places before where the front office truly don't care and that's why I chose to stay. They are enhancing the property even through Covid and they keep it so clean! I see other reviews about the walls being thin and full disclaimer we do hear the dog below and some stomping randomly from other neighbors but it's minimal and that's to be expected in apartments. They say I can let them know when this happens but I rather not bother them, it doesn't upset me. I am very happy with our decision and we love living here! :)

We've lived at Carriages for 4 years and it's been a wonderful, beautiful place to call home! The only reason we're moving away is to be closer to where we work north of Seattle. The Sequoia and Carriages leasing staff have always been kind and courteous, and show great care for their residents. Likewise, the maintenance team has always been prompt and professional, and they do a fantastic job maintaining the property and helping residents take care of their homes. We've absolutely loved living in this quiet, grassy community, and again, are only moving to be closer to work. We wish we could take Carriages with us, and hope that our next property managers will be just as superb!

I generally do not write reviews and when/if I do, it's only after having tested a product for so long and in this case having lived here exactly a year. First and foremost, I have never come across an office staff as professional, sweet, and caring as this one! I initially signed my lease through Kevin, since the day I met him, until now, his professionalism and caring nature has not wavered one bit! I can honestly say I have never experienced this before and let me tell you, I have moved to many many places due to being in the military. I've had a couple of minor issues that came up, one when I first moved in, and another more recently, and Kevin was on top of it and resolved the issues quite immediately! Kevin, you're the best!!! Also, these apartments do not feel like an apartment but rather a home. The maintenance team is also amazing! Extremely responsive and knowledgeable! Ian is wonderful, as well as, the other members of the maintenance team...I just can't recall the names, otherwise, I'd mention them as well! I also love how well the management team keeps the grounds well maintained! My only issue being here is the parking. I really wish we were all assigned a parking spot that's included with the rent price. Generally I don't mind looking for a parking spot, but on the days its pouring...it can be a bit frustrating. Also...knowing my car is basically homeless..makes me a bit sad..(but that's just me being silly). If you're thinking about choosing these apartments as your next home...just do it! You won't regret it!
