So far I'm 3 months into my lease. Pinnacle is a really good price for the size of the unit and area that it is in. Renton is a hot spot and is a pricey place to live. I work from home and hardly ever leave my place. The complex is really quiet at all times of the day. My unit does face Lake Washington and the street along the lake is really loud during peak hours. Management is great! Pete called and checked on me every week for the first few weeks I was in my unit. I had a minor issue with my dryer and maintenance took care of it that same day I brought it to their attention. I live in the bottom section of the complex and parking doesn't ever seem to be a problem. So you don't really have to feel like you need to pay for a reserved spot (they are hardly available anyways). Only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 star is that the units that are not "renovated" are a bit out dated. There aren't any lights on the ceiling fans in the room or living room, so you have to have lamps to brighten up the unit. Kitchen and bathroom counters, flooring, and cabinets are a bit outdated as well. The bedroom is really large though!

From a 'living in apartments' standpoint, this complex has more positive than negative. Well manicured and maintained grounds, excellent maintenance staff (Petr and Alex), and beautiful lake views from buildings A,C. Much like many apartment communities, you'll run into the same negatives at this one: various odors from your neighbors (food, smoke, etc.), walls are thin so hearing your upstairs and adjacent neighbors will occur, and massive theft. I lived at the complex 3.5 years and there were more than 20 car break-ins in that timeframe, even with secured below building parking (not to mention stolen cars and motorcycles).

Do not move here!!!! Completely unorganized. The company reached out to my roommate & myself 3 years after moving out notifying us that we owe money and have a balance. When we moved out everything was paid and all of a sudden 3 YEARS later they are contacting us during the pandemic to collect money. They have sent us multiple revised breakdowns trying to correct and fix what they think we “owe”. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

As traveling healthcare professionals, my fiancee and I lived here for approximately 10 months. I have never been as impressed with the management of an apartment complex. Pete and Josh were responsive, communicative, and always friendly. We only had one maintenance issue with our washer, but that was fixed the same day that I submitted the request. In my estimation, the noise from other apartments is a non-issue. In general, I found these apartments to let less noise through than average, and we never heard enough noise to disturb us, except the occasional train whistle from Boeing if the windows were open. The amenities are well-maintained and appreciated. The fitness center is too small for more than 3-4 people at any given time, but it isn't used to capacity often. We will be moving on to our next adventure, but I would not hesitate to rent an apartment here again if we are back in Renton in the future.
