Zero stars if I could, avoid this hospital like the plague! They will push you to get all kinds of testing and charge you outrageous rates… I was in the ER for chest pain after my covid booster and the Physician spent 20 seconds with me and said I looked fine. They charged me a level 5 ER price and the bill came to be over 3,000 after insurance! Financial assistance won’t help you, they do not negotiate prices and ignored my letter of hardship. They even encouraged me to have the bill go to collections when I couldn’t afford the minimum payment. They seriously do not care about helping patients, all they want is to make $$$. They will not be getting a cent from me!

Had a relative who was CAREFLIGHTED and then sat in the ER for 6 hours before being seen. Then had surgery at 9 pm. Got done around Midnight. We were told that he probably would be taken back to a holding room after the surgery. I asked if they were going to be given a bed for his wife and was told they could probably get her a recliner. After the surgery was over, they were told they HAD to go home. There were no beds. Even though the patient lived 2 hours away. They were told to find a 24 hour pharmacy to get pain meds. He literally had NO CLOTHES. Worst experience at a hospital by far. None of the people including front desk workers in the emergency room or anybody had any compassion whatsoever.

I live out of state and was checking on my daughter. They ask me to hold and hung up on me after me waiting for 10 minutes. Healthcare in America has gone downhill. It’s all about a paycheck.

So my father was admitted and put on life support in early December 2021. The hospital did contact me (I live in Texas) as a next of kin and I made it up there on December 15, about a week of him being on life support. I made the decision to take him off so my dad passed on that day. A day or so later I realized that I had not gotten my father's personal belongings. When I asked about it, I was informed by the hospital that they were given to his "girlfriend" after the hospital had contacted me and knew that I was making arrangements to go up there. I have spoken with human relations numerous times after I call them and I get the same answers, " I don't know and I will have someone call you back." I have also asked to speak with someone in administration and I get back to human relations.

Questions & Answers

I was at the hospital on Thursday November 12th and my car was struck by another car and they didn't leave any information. I was wondering if the parking garage has security cameras, and if so if there is any way to see who might have hit my car.

I believe they do have cameras. Try calling security and ask them to check. Pray all goes well.

Free right now because of construction. Normally it is still fre if you get a validation sticker from whoever you are visiting. If no appointment and you aren't visiting a patient, I'm not sure. As of 10/2021 the gates are up
