Poor slow service. Staff couldn’t even do basic Transactions. Got very frustrated and left. Called 800 service number and asked them to close my account. Branch at 500 Golden Fate Avenue just didn’t care about giving service.

I went to the nearest credit union ATM I put my access number deposited 220$ 12/20/17 at 7am & it never went in my account they’re thieves!... I had a Navy federal credit union card it should still work. I was in the army. I don’t deserve to lose my hard earned money!... what they did was wrong! How dare they let the machine steal from me.

I am not sure I simply use the ATM at this location. But I would assume a teller could assist you with your bank statements or showing you how to access it on your mobile banking app!

Does this location have a Coin Star machine, and is it free for members?
