"Someone" who should have known better, turned off the building's water in the middle of heavy construction and hydrant repair on the street ... everything from the LL was wrong ... Leslie D. from water, came out, determined it was in the building, climbed a construction fence and luckily was able to turn us back on ... hot water first in 10 days ... water Dept A-OK!!!

Be careful when renting pumps and piping from a company named Rain for Rent. This company will use pumps and piping for potable drinking water after pumping raw sewage water, oilfield fluids and many industrial fluids. I feel they put the general public at risk of hepatitis.

SF Water Dept is incompetent and lazy. They cannot even return calls in 24hrs as they promise, and IF they do communication is one sided and they do not listen or understand. There website when it works Is user unfriendly!!!
This is not a Water issue!!!!! Ants and bugs find ways in your home or building do to weather, or food needs. They travel in through cracks and openings and get into many areas of your home. Try keeping drain areas clean and spray pipes and wall entrances that are not sealed closed. spray the outer perimeter of your home/building too. this should help for awhile.
