Updating as of 1/22: Elevators don't break as much lately and the package room is reopened which is a big help. I still occasionally have a package that inexplicably is delivered but is nowhere to be found but I guess that happens sometimes. The view is awesome. 2/21 The windows are not sound proof and being in the center of the city, near city hall, there is a TON of noise between cop/fire car sirens, motorcycles, etc. I live above the 20th floor and it’s still incredibly loud. The maintenance staff are great. They’re very nice folks and they are available to help very quickly. I rarely leave bad reviews but I felt the need to actually warn people here. Also the gym isn’t bad for an apartment building (closed at the moment though).

Edit September 2021: Elevators still are down most of the time. Leading to people breaking COVID protocols. Management clearly doesn't care at all. Pros - The amazing Views - Staff is kind and helpful - Added a new courier room for packages because they realized so many guests were complaining about missing packages Cons - Mice infestation in many floors, although the management is very uptight about it - Not enough storage compartments in the apartments, specially in the kitchen. Like for real, I can't fit in the bigger stoves anywhere - Guests don't get duplicate keys for more than two weeks - Elevators are super occupied like at least once a week, causing people to break covid protocols

Housekeeping: -Elevators can get busy during times on the weekend, expect to wait possibly up to 5-10 minutes. -Definitely make sure they clean your apartment after your viewing and before you move in, and make sure to check that your appliances work. We've had a few maintenance issues that resolved within about 24 hrs after sending in the request unless it's the weekend (they seem to come at the same time, around 10-11:30am). - ventilation doesn't seem to be as good as I can smell my neighbor's weed at night and his coffee brewing at 5am..even with the windows closed. -trash room can get messy at times. -Laundry's good, never had to wait for a machine (you do need to download an app) -If you're in a studio, it does get quite stuffy in there (~70-73F) if you don't open the window. Some apartments have the sun setting on them so it gets really hot around evening time. -Package room recently installed. Requires code to get in. -The blinds periodically comes off, so make sure to request maintenance for that. -Not too jazzed about the flooring as I see it easily picks up scuff marks and scratches. Ambiance: - View is great but sometimes it is so windy in the balcony since we're so high up, that we can't even enjoy being outside. - Neighbors are ok. Since it's rent-controlled, you see interesting characters. Parking: -Since it's still during Covid-times, never had a hard time finding a spot on the lowest floor (G2). -Tandem parking.
